Beginner
For all of the Beginners that are just starting their Pilates journey, Chloé suggests to start off with the Beginner Category which consists of Classes that offer modifications, focus on form & don't involved too many pieces of equipment. These classes will teach you the correct precision, control, form & breath-work to take through your journey.
Post-Partum 6 Week Core & Strength Rebuild Programme
Recently had a baby and you can't wait to get back to movement, have some you time, don't know where to start, worried about your core strength, split abs? This time is so transformative in many ways & we are here to guide you in the safest way to rebuild the core, strength & your confidence! 6 weeks of progressive pilates carefully designed for Post-partum mums. These Classes are enjoyable, manageable & doable around the baby! You only need your body & a mat!
