You must get clearance from a medical professional before starting the 6 week postpartum programme. (If you had a C-Section Delivery you must NOT start this programme before 6 weeks pp)
6 WEEKS of progressive pilates classes designed to safely rebuild core & strength specifically for postpartum bodies through mindful & nourishing movement.
The Programme will encourage new mums to become the best versions of them self both mentally & physically through a manageable timetable of classes with Chloé. Chloé will guide you week by week starting with the Key Pilates principles and reconnecting the mind to body.
The weeks of the Postpartum Core & Strength Programme consist of the below:

Diastase recti friendly (Abdominal split)

Classes between 10-45 mins (mainly shorter classes to easily fit into your newborn bubble!)
